1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Example – customize as needed):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping (If applicable):

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
werispezials.com is not responsible for these charges—they are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.

  • If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at werispezials.shopify@gmail.com.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors, but we will do our best to help.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do/do not ship to P.O. boxes (choose one).

  • Some countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable due to postal or customs restrictions.
